Tulsa Community College Joins Metallica Scholars Initiative
Tulsa Community College (TCC) is thrilled to announce its inclusion in the Metallica Scholars Initiative (MSI) as part of the sixth cohort, making TCC the only college from Oklahoma to receive this recognition. Engineering Student Presents Research at State Capitol
While many students enjoyed the much-needed rest that Spring Break provides, Leahla Chism showcased her work study research to a panel of judges and legislators at the State Capitol. The Tulsa Community College engineering student was one of 25 students across Oklahoma to participate in Research Day at the Capitol, an annual event held at the Oklahoma City Capitol rotunda that spotlights undergraduate research conducted at the state’s colleges and universities.

Cyber Skills Center Launches Artificial Intelligence Boot Camp
The Cyber Skills Center at Tulsa Community College is expanding to offer a new boot camp program tailored to meet the growing demand for skills in artificial intelligence (AI). TCC Debate Team Named Top Oklahoma College at State Championship
The Tulsa Community College Debate & Forensics Team brought home several awards last weekend, including State Champion Institute in Higher Education for 2023-2024, at the Oklahoma Intercollegiate Forensics Association (OIFA) State Championship Tournament. This marks the first time in more than 12 years TCC has claimed the State Champion title across all Oklahoma institutions of higher education participating in Debate and Forensics.

Enrollment Remains Steady for Spring 2024 Semester
Data from Tulsa Community College’s Spring 2024 semester reflect a steady upward trajectory in student enrollment, showing more than 13,500 students enrolled for the semester, an increase of nearly 400 students compared to Spring 2023. The number of full-time students enrolled at TCC jumped by 6%.
